Perry Tabor, President, CE, SE, PMP

After obtaining his Civil Engineering degree (B.S.) with an emphasis in structural and construction management from Oregon State University, Perry spent numerous years working with mid-size Bay Area engineering firms. His responsibilities ranged from project engineer through manager in both structural and civil engineering operations.

In 1987, Perry founded TEAC to extend his services and contribute to projects through his unique ability to be a true collaborative partner. His broad engineering experience, spanning over 35 years was preceded by a decade working in the custom home construction trade. He has mentored his fellow engineers within these practical principles.

To compliment his education in construction management, Perry has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute in San Francisco. He utilizes is knowledge of construction and structures to facilitate the development and construction process for his clients.

Perry has been an active member of various relevant industry associations including: the Home Builders Association of Northern California and North State and San Joaquin Valley, California Building Industry Association (CBIA), Structural Engineers Association of Northern California (SEAONC), Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute (CFSEI), Steel Framing Alliance (SFA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Perry is a LEED accredited professional and has received his CAASH (Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing), CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), and CDP (Certified Development Design & Construction Professional) designations.
