TEAC has been a collaborative partner with our clients and project colleagues for 35 years.
Established in 1987, TEAC quickly grew through the boom years of the nineties and early two-thousands. Production and multi-family housing were roaring and TEAC’s team of engineers and drafters came together to create standards, programs, and a methodology to efficiently address residential construction.
Working with clients such as such as Lennar, Toll Brothers, and Pulte Group, we partnered with many notable architects and developers primarily throughout the Bay Area and Northern California to create unique and complex custom homes, community centers, malls, office structures, educational facilities, and any midsized building that unified and created a community.
